What is Soma?
Soma refers to the lived experience of being human, the place where life is felt in the body.
Much of modern life asks us to live from the neck up: thinking, analyzing, achieving, and pushing through. Yet, many of our patterns, emotions, relationships, and experiences are carried not only in the mind, but in the body as well.
My work is rooted in the understanding that growth and healing happen when we learn to listen more deeply: to the body, the breath, our emotions, and our inner wisdom.
Through yoga, coaching, and embodied practice, I help people cultivate greater awareness, resilience, self-trust, and connection to themselves.
